Señor Chef Mateo was established very recently as a sister company of Town’s Delight, the Caterer, a momentous move to provide clients with more options to address their catering and event management needs.  As such, Señor Chef Mateo basically maintains the same standards as those of Town’s Delight, the same quality of foods and services that have captured Cavite’s taste for more than three decades now.
The name Chef Mateo is inspired by Andrew and Connie Pacumio’s son Matthew who seems to have inherited the family’s passion for food and cooking.  At a young age of eleven, Matthew knows how to bake cookies and cook all types of steaks.   For his lavish taste and his apparent interest in food and cooking, Matthew keeps his parents hopeful that someday, the food business that the family treasures shall be carried on.
At Chef Mateo, we make sure that family celebrations go on without the hassle of unreasonably rising costs of food preparations and set-up.  This is not to say that our love for good taste is sacrificed.  We give you guaranteed food quality and taste that your family and friends will definitely enjoy all at a reasonable cost.  This is because at Chef Mateo, we always believe that eating good food doesn’t always have to be expensive.  We take joy in helping Filipino families celebrate wonder and success with a feast of good food
Miss Connie oversees the overall operation of Señor Chef Mateo as she also serves as its chef. A teacher by profession, she became a chef after formal study and training in numerous culinary schools to refine her artistry in cooking and food preparation.  Among the institutions she attended are St. Benilde Culinary School,  Center for Culinary Arts, Sylvia Reynoso Culinary School, Liwanag Culinary School, Maya Kitchen, Henny Sison Baking School, and Reggie Aspiras Culinary School.
An AB Economics graduate from San Beda College with a master's degree obtained from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City, Mr. Pacumio served as an instructor in Bataan. He also worked as a social worker at the Smokey Mountain for six years. Like his mother Mama Cely, he has passion for good food and cooking.
He still conducts lectures on food service industry in many colleges and universities in Cavite. Being on top of the business’ management, he is constantly on his toes devising marketing strategies and managing his increasing workforce.
